Founded by running coach Ben Edusei, our club welcomes runners of all levels. Whether youβre an experienced marathoner or just starting, thereβs a place for you here. If you want to set a new personal best, make friends, or enjoy the outdoors with others, Zone Blue is the perfect spot to run or walk.
Zone Blue is more than a running clubβitβs a community where running helps people connect. We offer a clear space in lifeβs busy moments and aim to build a welcoming environment for everyone.
We focus on strong friendships and balance mental and physical health. At Zone Blue, youβll find support, friendship, and a shared goal to run strong, move well, and live long.

A chill 30-minute out-and-back (15 mins each way) with a walking crew option β perfect for building the habit, meeting the community, and moving at your own pace.
β‘οΈ Time to turn it up!
Interval-based workouts designed to build speed, strength, and stamina. Whether you're chasing a PB or just want to feel fast, this oneβs for you.
βοΈ The heart of Zone Blue.
A friendly 30-minute out-and-back jog (go fast or take it easy β itβs your pace). We start and finish together, then itβs coffee time at Aye Empanada. All welcome, always.
π The weekly adventure.
90 to 120 minutes of scenic running that builds your endurance engine. Expect a mix of tempo and aerobic miles, rotating locations, and strong Sunday vibes.
